One of the first challenges to meet when released from prison is transportation.  Driver license and car registration procedures are spelled out at the DMV website (also in Spanish).  You can order a copy of your driving record, renew a license, and replace lost cards.

Driver license handbooks (in English and Spanish, including the CDL handbooks for truck drivers) are available online, or you can order your own copy.
